Mrs. Meinert: Hi! My name is Kathryn and I am the Art Teacher at AMS. I graduated from Western Carolina University with a masters in Arts Education and have been teaching at AMS since 2012. It is my goal to integrate the Arts with the core curriculum, to inspire individual creativity, to expose the students to a variety of mediums, and to help develop critical thinkers that can solve any problem. In my classroom, students have the opportunity to explore different cultures while diving deeper into the concepts of visual art. Thanks for visiting our blog! My motto: "Create your own path."
